        Dylan has been extremely helpful at LCS. He fixed my laptop screen at the start of lockdown however it wasn't until the start of September that I realised my camera wasn't working. I contacted Dylan and he got back to me straight away. He came out to my house and attempted to fix the screen however it still wasn't working so he contacted his supplier and ordered a brand new replacement screen and came out to my house again and fixed it there and then free of charge. I didn't have to chase him at all and he was really good to deal with! Would definitely recommend!!
