        After 27 years of valiant service my ceramic hob decided to call it a day so after much searching on the internet I came across Reliable Repairs and what a find! Andy responded quickly despite his very hectic schedule and straight away said that parts are no longer available. He came the next day with a replacement and after a rather tricky installation which took longer than expected I have a lovely new hob. Andy had lots of advice and tips to pass on. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I was delighted with the service provided and when the next of my very elderly appliances gives me a problem I shall be in contact with this terrific company immediately. Thank you Andy.         We had an issue with our washing machine and called up to see if they could help. He came to us promptly (within a couple of days) and diagnosed + fixed the issue very quickly.
