        My company contracted solidsolutions to complete a duct run with supports. We paid 24k, and finally got back a drawing package (after full payment) 10 weeks late. The drawing pack contained incomplete work littered with errors. The process was managed badly, calls went unanswered, or pushed sideways. The manager was only interested in further change orders. All in all it was a severely bad experience from start to finish. Solidsolutions maybe good trainers, but in my experience are extremely poor at the execution of subcontract design work. Expensive lesson learnt the hard way. Be warned.
