The service and advice are 5 star!!. I need a Gas engineer for kitchen unit 3 weeks ago. My kitchen installer couldn't finish the job and ask me to find someone else on that day. so I pop in Stoneleigh plumbing supplies shop. They recommended one gas engineer. I contact him and he came in 2 hours later and finished my kitchen gas hob job. Also Last year I am changing the shower rooms and having a supply problem in related towel rail radiators. It was 3-4 times that I have to change the towel rails due to manufactures fault. At that times, I have been visited 5-6times and they were giving a lots of advice and hints etc. All very honesty and helpful people.

It's a breath of fresh air to get great customer service when we are in times when often that just isn't to be expected. The guys at Stoneleigh Plumbing were really helpful getting the bath in stock, great with communication and super helpful with the delivery. Thank you so much Alex, Paul and Ray.

We received a first class service from the minute we walked in right through to delivery of our goods and even beyond when we our fitter had a couple of follow up questions. This is the first time we tried a full bathroom refurbishment and had been aimlessly wandering round DIY stores trying to work out what we needed and how to find the right quality versus price. All of these problems dissappeared once we had an initial chat with Ray and outlined what we wanted to do. At the time we were undecided on whether to put in a bath or a walk-in shower so Ray produced plans for both with detailed pricing for us to compare. We chose the bath option, made a number of changes to fittings etc, but Ray was incredibly patient throughout this process amending the plans accordingly. Once we had the final plan and the fitting booked SPS took care of ordering everything we needed from numerous suppliers. They liaised with us on dates for delivery and everything arrived exactly when we needed it. The delivery driver was excellent taking time to go through all the items to ensuring everything was there and giving tips on storing and fitting some of the goods. It has been some time since we came across this level of customer service and I would highly recommend them.
