        Rob very kindly inspected the boiler in a property that I am purchasing, and gave me an honest report about it's condition, rather than say it needs replacing. He verbally gave a very competitive quote should it need replacing at any point. He was polite and punctual at getting back to me. 100% when it comes to replacing it, I will put the business his way.
