Kept getting calls from this number, was going straight to their own voice mail. Blocked and looking at these reviews quite glad I didn't go ahead with anything

been waiting over 6 months for fibre line and communication has completely stopped but still billing me and chasing invoices for services we have never received

Terrible company for after sales and support. In fact they cause problems. Having purchased an unmanaged business internet line from this company. They without for-warning or agreement logged on to our router and made changes to it. The internet went down as a result, having contacted them they stated they made no changes and it was all down to us. Several support calls later we discovered changes to the unmanaged router. We brought this up with them to which they finally admitted making detrimental changes to the router causing loss of connectivity. Did not even get an apology and the when we requested an engineer come out to fix this, they refuse. They have finally taken the route of not even replying to emails. Go elsewhere, anywhere but Glide!
