        This company don't want to insure 5 motorcycles a landrover all parked in a secure brick building. Told because I park a car on the roadside I don't reach the criteria. How the hell did they get voted which insurers of the year is beyond me. Far better deal with other companies than drag the complaint on for two months

        I had reason to contact the NFU help desk the other evening as my car broke down in a pub car park. The recovery was handled both politely and efficiently and my car was recovered within the requested time frame the following day. I thoroughly recommend NFU for an excellent service.
