I recently worked with Katy Green at Rivers Recruitment to secure employment as a Children's Residential Support Worker. Unfortunately in the end I didn't accept the position, as I had another offer but she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was extremely proactive in helping me to get the role, always encouraging and offering moral support throughout the application process. She went above and beyond what was required of her, and even did an hours prep with me over the phone before my initial interview. Her politeness, professionalism and enthusiasm for what she does for a living cannot be understated. Even when I told her I had decided to go for another role she offered assistance in helping me to research the company and wished me nothing but the best when I told her I had accepted a different role. It's clear by the way she works that her job isn't just about making money and getting people into any job she can, but rather about developing relationships and upholding the morals and ethics of Rivers Recruitment as a whole.
