Sutton Mini Cabs Airport Transfers

Awful experience. I ordered cab in advance online and followed up with a phone call to confirm. Waited for the cab to the airport for a flight for 15 minutes. Called and was told there is no drivers available. I had no communication from them before had and they had tried to say they tried to call but I know I was available all day and had no missed calls. I almost missed my flight. SO unbelievebly unprofessional and the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. Still have not got my money back and it has been more than 2 weeks. A scam and I will be reporting them as fraud at this point.

My father was due to walk my sister down the aisle this afternoon. Their cab failed to turn up and they failed to communicate this my dad or offer an alternative. I have had to order a taxi from another company and the wedding service will now start over an hour late. I rarely post reviews but when the service is so poor it needs to be highlighted.
