Unfortunately my experience with volks autos has not been good. A few years ago I had a radiator replaced. A couple of months later it fell off the brackets and the alternator belt put a hole in the hose. A week ago the same thing happened. I took it to a garage where they had to take the front bumper off and discovered that bolts were missing that holds the radiator in place. It looks like I have been driving around with a car that could have failed at any point over the years. I can't fault the customer service, it's a shame the work was not up to scratch.

I have to thank the team at Volks Autos, who repaired my daughters car Audi A1 there were a number of issues, brakes , suspension , replacement of drive shaft. The car itself feels brand new, the work was carried out in a really professional manner, I was updated continuously by Cara and the costs were explained at each step of the way. Payment and pick up of the car after hours was brilliant. Thank you so much ! Im really happy with what was done and Thank you to the technician who worked on the car.
