I would highly recommend Steven Eustration at Martin & Co, Sutton for his excellence service; he is probably the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Due to his extensive experience, he has an ability to pre-empt all kinds of situations and also to react to and resolve efficiently, issues that arise throughout what can be a very stressful time. He went above and beyond for us as sellers and from what I can gather for our buyers too, and nothing was too much for him. He was sensitive to our requirements and had a very positive attitude, whilst being realistic about the state of the housing market at the time. He responded to us quickly, setting our minds at rest when concerns arose, all in all making the process seamless and ultimately successful. Thank you Steven!
