Not great Had to return car twice to correct errors

After my daughters accident the garage her insurance company suggested were totally hopeless and we asked to change garage. Coombe Accident Repair Service contacted her the same day and picked her car up. The repairs were done super quick once they had the parts and to a very high standard. AVOID AT ALL COST. i had to use them because it's a designated repair shop from insurance. Firstly, to repair some dents took them 2 weeks. They took the car and then saying parts havn't arrived; which begged the question why take my car if parts not arrived? Secondly, when i go pick my car it is parked super tight with other cars; understandable with common garages... When i try to drive the car out, I scratched the car right next to me. it's a scratch mark of

Worst repair shop ever! Took over 2 months to repair a few scratches on my car, after finally recit back they delivered it back with my air conditioning not working which was perfectly fine before handing it in and my battery on critical
