UK Home Physio in London and Surrey

UK Home Physio was a great at home choice for my mother in law when she seriously broke her hip last year. Without their support and care over the last 12 months, she would not have regained the pain-free mobility she has been able to achieve. Her therapist, Mani, was kind, professional, encouraging and took time to really understand what could sensibly be accomplished. We would highly recommend UK Home Physio services, if someone was in the same position of not being able to access NHS facilities long term.

Tosin is working hard to help her patient get better & get their mobility back. Although the patients progress is very slow due to the severe impact of the stroke, but at least there is progress every time. She never failed to turn up on schedule. She keeps me updated on the patients progress & gives some advice in addition to her treatment. She cares about the patient. Im glad I found this UK Home physio Therapy. They are friendly & care about people. They respond quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to someone.

-*Awful customer service*- The physio therapist herself was lovely, but sadly turned up 40 mins late to the appointment. There was no notification of lateness or explanation of why. Upon turning up, she simply spent 20-25 mins with my grandma, of which, 10 mins were spent drafting exercises for homework. We were then billed 45 mins worth of exercise for 90 & when disputing this cost for the time actually spent; the customer service received was atrocious. No apology on the lateness except to be told abruptly she was probably stuck in traffic, and told that the client would be billed 90 for 45 minutes despite the time actually spent with the client. Be that 25 mins or 45 mins! Absolutely ludacris! I would avoid paying this company any money as it seems theyre solely concerned about taking money rather than maintaining a professional reputation & most definitely need to work on their customer services.

Amazing service and wonderful experience with Maninder Vaid, and her team. Mani is a very experienced physiotherapist with years of experience, sympathetic, friendly and very responsive for her service. I will recommend UK home Physio for their excellent service and advice anytime. Thank you Mani and UK home Physio team.
