        I initially called them twice before I eventually got a response. 'Jim' came round and did not appear to listen to what we wanted and seemed determined on just replacing a post which we did not want. When I contacted him again, he said he would come round to measure for a new gate and fence and that he would provide a quote. He never got back to me, never provided a quote. Despite several chasing messages from me he never responded. Poor unprofessional service. Would not recommend. Service: Fence installation
