The care is excellent by a couple who come on time every time . When they go on holiday the service deteriorates badly . The rota and staff are Not managed efficiently at all . The company this week is affected by staff who are off sick and not being supplemented by extra staff. The staff is working very hard but work very long hours .

Like many people, Dad was initially not at all keen on having 'strangers' in his home but Myhomecare staff took time to sit with and get to know him so that his regular carers became trusted friends. They truly cared and helped Dad stay in his own home much longer than he could have otherwise; we couldn't have managed without them.
