        Really pleased with the great service I've received, especially from Dave the delivery driver from Sutton branch. Order was delivered on time, price was great and best of all free delivery. Dave was very friendly and delivered top notch customer service.

        Terrible service, placed an order for two lintels that were due to arrive last Monday. They didn't, rang Tuesday to be told they had only just been dispatched. Wait all week for them but no show. Today after about 10 calls and being passed around to different staff I was told they had been lost and would take 10 days to replace. Explain that to the customers who have bifolds arriving at the start of next week. Funnily enough reading through comments this isn't the first time this has happened. Maybe a little cheaper than bigger suppliers but as they say by cheap by twice.

        Excellent service. The driver delivered right in front yard which was 20 feet from road using crane. Thank you.
