I made a conscious decision recently, following 3 incredibly difficult years, to take more time out to look after my own well-being. I had been struggling with issues related to the menopause, including incredibly high anxiety and all that life sometimes throws at you! Following visits to Fiona I now feel a lot calmer and more able to cope and put things into perspective. Fiona is very attentive, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I think Acupuncture is incredible.
