        I was previliged to hear about CHC and having James sorting out a big itinerary of coaches for our camp at a very last minute!! We were not let down with any journey or time all was absolutely perfect!! I Strongly recomend it!!!!

        I used this web site for the first time to hire an 18 seater minibus for an important event at the Palace of Westminster with several MPs in attendance. I found the site very easy to use and obtained quotes very quickly and we selected a company in a location which I knew well on both price and their reviews. I had a concern about paying the deposit by bank TX as I would have preferred debit or credit card from a security aspect. However, I obtained satisfactory re-assurances and went ahead. The payment process was easy to use and very clear. The date for the event was THE 19TH SEPTEMBER! In the few days after making the booking it became clear that our event would NOT be taking place for fairly obvious and quite exceptional circumstances. We therefore had no choice but to cancel the event and re-arrange for the future. In normal circumstances the deposit would not be refundable as per the Ts and Cs. However, after making just one call to both Coach Hire Comparison and also to A 5 Star minibus, it was agreed that in these exceptional circumstances, they would on this occasion refund the deposit. Thank you. Final postscript, I have only awarded 4 stars mainly because we have not had the opportunity to actually use the service of the minibus company. It would have been I am sure 5 stars and for the ease of selecting the right company on the web site, I guess I would award FIVE STARS. I WILL use the comparison web site again and hopefully be able to select again the A 5 Star minibus.
