Communication was lackluster, product was so so and shipping was extortionate. wouldn't use again

I can only speak the highest of this company. My order was supposed to be delivered by DHL. Unfortunately they damaged one parcel to the point that it could not get delivered anymore. DHL told me to get in touch with the sender. So I've just send a text on WhatsApp on Saturday. I received a text with the office hours. To my biggest surprise I was contacted by a member of staff first thing today, Monday morning. The lady, Daniela who sorted everything for me was very kind, friendly fast and efficient. Daniela is a great ambassador for her company. Within in minutes a new delivery was arranged. I was even given the chance to get a fast part delivery of the goods I've ordered. Not many companies would have been that kind and generous. Like I said in the beginning I can only speak the highest of Cibimarket and their lovely staff especially Daniela. The goods which already got delivered are of high quality for a very reasonable price. It can always happen that couriers mess up the delivery. It's not in the hands of Cibimarket to prevent this from happening. But Cibimarket, especially Daniela did everything in her powers to solve my problem. This was the best outcome I could have hoped for. It's easy to have a good name as long as things go smooth. When things go wrong that's when great companies like Cibimarket shine. Unfortunately there are not many companies with such great customer service to be found. I'm glad I discovered Cibimarket. I wil definitely tell everybody I know about the great experience I have had. All thumbs up guys. And again grazie mille Daniela you made my day!
