Hello Motors

Theres a reason Cyrus doesn't take credit cards. All his AA promises are hollow and not backed by them. My experience may be worse than Dans. I returned the car within 30 days as repairs were unsuccessful in November 2022, I have never been refunded.

Assuming this is the same Hello Motors and Cyrus who operate out of Unit 5 Rockware Business Centre, Rockware Avenue, Greenford. Dealer was friendly and helpful at time of sale but has completely ignored all of my many communications since the sale a month ago regarding the supposedly-provided AA membership (never materialised) and 90 day warranty (told could claim for any one thing - tyre right through to replacement engine - at time of sale and another - only engine and gearbox covered, suspension not mechanical - when I finally managed to speak to him by resorting to calling from a different number) Car requires quite an expensive repair - many calls, emails and texts to the dealer, all ignored. Next stop, Citizens Advice and Trading Standards, at the advice of Auto Trader. *UPDATE* At the advice of the Citizens Advice Bureau, who in turn have passed on this information to Trading Standards, I have twice written to the dealer in the last month advising them of the above. Unsurprisingly I have received no response from the dealer whatsoever. Next stop is the small claims court for fraudulent advertising, and failing to meet his legal requirements under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 AVOID BUYING A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FULL OF ALL THE TALK WHEN THEY WANT YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT UPHOLD EITHER THEIR PROMISES OR LEGAL OBLIGATIONS

Right from the beginning a superb n pleasurable experience. Communication with Cyrus was fantastic. He was always at the end of a phone n kept me well informed. Great manners, polite, knowledgeable and a really decent guy. Great prices too.. Will be using them for my daughters 1st car. Thanks alot Hello Motors.. Legend

Very happy about my experience with Hello Motors! I got my car from them a couple of weeks ago and it was in really good conditions. They offered excellent service as well as I've got an answer from the finance within hours. Cyrus helped me with the documentations and everything else. Regarding the car he patiently stood with us to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. A big thank you! I really do recommend this place if your looking for a car!
