After being a loyal customer of the company for over 15 yrs, terrible service received today! Agent kept saying rules are rules. , Cannot bend them to personalise the customer service. Requested to speak to a supervisor, was refused. Requested them to check my A/C & was told, they dont have the facility to do so. Then agent said- are you going to renew, I replied No, as you already have my money, you should simply re-instate it. They simply hung up by saying not possible-OK. No level customer service offered, No empathy to recognise individual customers, no recognition of loyal customers. Would not use not recommend.

Worse customer service, customer service agent was shouting at me. he was so rude and unprofessional. I will never use easytel again. I do not recommend easytel at all. There is no option of less than a star review otherwise I would have left less than a star review.

Do not use them. They keep calling you when they want money from you. They don't call you when they keep your money and close the account. They close my account and did not inform me and kept my money. PLEASE BE CAREFUL DO NOT TRUST THEM

Well, 0p per minute is misleading. Good value for money to make international calls. But, it can be very annoying when customer service constantly pester you by calling to top up, when balance is running low. It can interrupt my work and also I would much prefer to call myself if needed. Phone numbers have also changed a few times and it's hard to keep up. Overall, still recommend for the good value for money.
