I came to return a parcel which was at 9.55pm. The parcel Return involved a long walk in the cold and was very heavy. I arrived ready with my return code for collect plus to a colleague behind the counter who looked me in the eyes and spent a solid 5 minutes on the phone to his friend without any acknowledgment I was there. The collect service policey is until 10:30pm as shown on their website. He finally finished his phone call and says that the system has shut down at 10pm. The lack of courtesy/interest to ignore me at the counter, and then to say he cannot offer to take a heavy package which I walked so far to get posted was disgraceful. Could not be less interested not on just a customer level, but on a human level as well.
