        I think system is good but their after sales support is terrible. Raj is great support but there are matters he cannot handle and no one else is to support you. Emails are ignored, they promise the earth but deliver nothing. Overall I regret paying a lot of money for the system which is not fit for my purpose. It can work if the company were responsive but their deliberate lack of response is unsatisfactory. Struggling to make it work for our 3 stores. Staff are frustrated so is the management. Stay away
