I Just wanted to start by saying I'm forever grateful to Mike. I had knee injury which needed surgery greatly affecting my life and work. I remember explaining to Mike what had happened. He explained what could be done to assist me during my rehab and then we booked sessions. It wasn't easy as I was in a dark place but Mike's help was a something I'll never forget. As he helped with rehab training, Mike addressed my attitude towards training something which began to beneficially impact other areas of my life. Most recently I had 1-2-1 sessions with Mike. He always has a way getting the best out of me.He also has great insight into dietary requirements and this is my weak point. Mike has given me the tools to improve all aspects of my health. I love the set up of the gym, it has a personal feel with no distractions and no waiting for machines or equipment. I highly recommend Mike and the gym and always recommend him to family and friends.

I have been training with Mike at Muscle & Fitness workout over the last few months and can highly recommend it to anyone regardless or age or fitness level. Mike is highly knowledgeable & professional and will tailor an adequate training plan for you. Plus I have found him to be an inspirational figure for those who know him and train under him.
