Worst experience ever. My son attened for one term. We did not allow him to go back, as nursery staff failed to provide me with daily updates (something they pride themselves in doing). I had no idea what ny son was up to. I had no idea if he was having a good time (but the cries at drop off and pick up, indicated that he didn't). Daily, i asked how he was getting on, what he was up to etc, and for a whole term did not get a response. When i finally conplained via email, i received a response 3 weeks later. And even, my complaints and concerns were not addressed.

I had no idea what ny son was up to. I had no idea if he was having a good time (but the cries at drop off and pick up, indicated that he didn't).
