Bouji Nails

I've been coming to bouji nails since 2019. They have always been lackadaisical on their hygiene but you can excuse that if they're doing a good job. However my latest experience with them has been nothing short of awful. In August 2022 I booked for a nail appointment online and paid my deposit. They texted me day of my appointment cancelling and offering to reschedule. Since then it has been nothing short of a circus to get a reschedule. They barely respond to texts, sometimes you could be talking and they suddenly stop responding. Other times they don't even bother replying to your texts. It is now march 2023 and I still haven't been able to get my appointment. The deposit is non refundable which is nothing short of theft. They claim it's to protect their business from no shows but it's usually them who are cancelling and the customer is out the money. I will be reporting them to trading standards as I have proof of their unprofessionalism and theft. Would not recommend. Services: Manicure, Nail designs

I wanted to use this business but they are still holding a deposit from me after they cancelled my appointment 2 hours prior and barely made any effort to reschedule. I tried to contact them to ask for alternatives but radio silence. Complete lack of professionalism. AVOID.

The best nail artists in the game! Usually my acrylic nails break (even when theyre short in length) but after going to Bouji Nails and getting very long nails, they havent broken and I am nearly 4 weeks in! Theyre so strong and I am still getting compliments even to this day! As a bonus - the service is amazing! Thank you Zee for my fab nails and thank you Bouji for using quality materials for nails! Been going to Bouji Nails for around 3 years now, Sharna is one of the best in the business! Super creative just show her a picture or let her do free hand you wont be disappointed your nails always come out looking amazing. All the girls in the shop are super friendly and make you feel welcomed. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Shad Services: Pedicure, Manicure
