Following my beloved mothers death I contacted millbrook to collect the hoist and bed. The booking was made two weeks prior. Their service is truly appalling I sat in my mothers house from 9-5.30 - no collection I called FOUR times I took a valuable day off only to have my time wasted and disrespected. Not once did anyone call and explain why they could not collect.

Awaiting an air mattress for my mum. Call to ask when its arriving, can never give a straight answer!! Unacceptable service!!

Dont phone them as they don't like answering the phone !! Waited in all day for delivery of bed .. phoned them at 4pm & they told me it wasn't been delivered as they were short of drivers .. i insisted it be delivered as elderly parent had disposed of old bed .. turned up at 7.30 .. delivery crew were helpful!! .

Unhelpful telephone staff. Told me its your fault for changing the address with regards to a very complex Pallative care patient whos care plans have changed. Rude, hung up, extremely insensitive and unable to deal with the vulnerable clientele they are supposed to be caring for. Useless company - leaving a dying man in hospital for three weeks because they cannot stick to delivery times.
