Really nice guy and service from Park Royal today. I was asked how frequent a visitor I am and asked again if I'd like to be shown how to use the terminal. Just good service really. (I was at the Acton branch the day before and the service was bizarre..being told it was normal to receive a text to say my order was ready only for one of two items to be missing and being asked to go back the next day if I wanted the other item...what?!).
