Tony Fowkes Automobiles (TFA)saved my bacon twice, after a nightmare experience with GND Motors who rebuilt my VW Crafter engine recommended by my extended warranty company Motoreasy, GND was not able to complete the job after having the vehicle for 4 months, because they couldn't identify a mistake they had made rewiring the loom or a adblue injector fault, I had to arrange for a recovery truck to take the vehicle to TFA, who diagnosed the problem the very next day, I got the vehicle back within a week. 2 months later I brokedown again, the recovery engineer that came out pointed out that the pipes in the engine had been placed in the wrong position and that there was evidence of pipe rub going on because the pipes had all been bunched together using cable ties, instead of proper dividing clips, the vehicle was not able to start, so I had it recovered back to TFA. Once again they diagnosed the fault the very next day, turned out it was the Turbo GND motors had fitted. TFA changed the Turbo, repositioned pipes and put proper dividing clips on to my pipes using the correct VW Crafter diagram specifications. again I got my Vehicle back within a week. As a female van driver I can not stress enough how important it is to find a reliable honest company like TFA to fix your vehicle, not only do they fix your vehicle very quickly, they also provide you with a detailed video showing you the faults and the repairs they have done, because of this, I am now able to take my case to the Motor Ombudsman exposing my terrible ordeal with Motoreasy and GND if they are not willing to put things right. Have been using Tony Fowkes for many years now and have taken many different types of cars to the guys to do all manner of work as Im very much into my cars. No job is too big or small for them. Bought my car in yesterday for the guys to put on some body trims and other bits and pieces to finish my car off. Collected it this afternoon and Roger has knocked it out the park and some!
