Be sure to check your vegan popcorn. I received a non vegan packet in my vegan popcorn advent. Not great if you are ordering due to milk allergy. Joe and Seph were quick to respond to my email advising of the mistake and insultingly offered a 4 gift voucher - basically free delivery UPDATE: the situation has been satisfactorily resolved. I have such a massive problem with Joe & Sephs . The fact that I finish 6 bags 3 days after they come because its just THAT good. Ive given 10/5 stars. Always ordering

Terrible delivery service, blaming courier when in fact its their incompetence! Won't be wasting my time again with this company.

Seen a few bad reviews that don't seem very fair so just wanted to give my opinion. I placed an order for a Christmas present that was packed and shipped very quickly considering it was the middle of December! Unfortunately, the package went AWOL at a Hermes/Evri depot. I contacted J&S to see what could be done as it had clearly gone missing and they sent out a replacement with FedEx next day delivery. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in time for Christmas as it was so close to the 25th but it arrived on Wednesday in perfect condition. Surprisingly, the original package with Hermes/Evri showed up on Friday before new years eve with no warning! I emailed J&S to let them know and they were happy for me to keep the extra parcel they sent out. Overall, I got exactly what I ordered, everything seems to be in perfect condition, and I experienced great customer service too! Cannot fault them, it's the delivery company who buggered it up, not J&S. Looking forward to ordering again as I want to try some for myself
