They never answer the phone and have removed the e consult option from their website. I have told them about an ongoing problem for the last two years and no one cares. I will change doctors and hope its not too late to have treatment for my issue.

Ive been with this surgery for years when you want to book an appointment you never can because they dont like to answer the telephones the staff in there are rude

Effie the podiatrist was the best Ive seen, she was highly professional, struck a good rapport with her patient and knowledgeable , answering all my questions and putting my feet & mind at ease . She even went the extra mile, to make me insoles for the shoes I was wearing - there and then , thinking outside the box and improvising with the materials to hand - an amazing job. For the first time I felt I was being heard and, understood . Of course the patients must do some work too and Ive taken on board all her wonderful suggestions which, have made a profound difference . The uniqueness of Effie, she was empathetic , spoke from the head and, had a big heart . I cant thank her enough, for the wonderful support & on going treatment. I was super impressed as Effie run a punctual, efficient ship - I was seen at the right time - no waiting around - she was professional, courteous with good values . She is a shining example of what makes our NHS wonderful - she is a valuable asset to the NHS - giving patients very positive experiences . I am new to this surgery and so far have absolutely NO complaints. From my registration to booking appointments, the receptionists have been extremely warm, helpful and always friendly, not forgetting the nurse too.I felt welcome. I have read negative reviews and I am wondering why.. . Dr. Dunia Al- Naemi has attended to me on three different occasions and she has remained consistent in her approach. I must say my experience with her has been nothing but amazing, from the telephone consultation to the face to face appointment, I felt listened to. She was caring, warm, friendly and she made me feel safe and reassured in the way she attended to my health concerns, explaining every step to me thoroughly. Thank you to all the staff. I would happily recommend this practice.
