I order my prescription and they received my prescription 3 weeks ago but they didnt send me a text message to receive your prescription. Yesterday on the 22nd April 2023 i went to the pharmacy and asked my prescription they gave me 3 boxes each box containing 28 tablets. When i opened the bag at home 2 boxes were alright the 3rd one already opened and 14 tablets missing. Today on the 23rd April 2023 i went back with the box already opened and asked 14 tablets are missing and written on the box with someones your staff Hand writing but someone still packed it without checking. Can you give me complete 28 tablets box? The lady replied can you bring those boxes back then well investigate through the manager and well let you know. Very very disappointed 3rd time going to get my prescription still not sure theyll give me or not or ask more proof. Advice: dont trust them when you collect make sure all complete front of them they are untrustworthy staff.

Very bad staff the way the talk to customers. They arent helpful, some times is good and sometimes is worst, I am recommending not to go to that pharmacy I have seen alot of people are complaining. I will never come back again

Sometimes good service, sometimes not. They can be so nice and then they treat you like they've never met you even though you're a regular.

the waiting time is too long not everyone is there to shop some of us just go there to pick up their prescription so they should have a seat for the sick and disable ppl
