Support team are helpful, phone response is good generally, BUT their smart thermostats are hopeless. Their Android app and wifi setup is hopeless (impossible for me to do, product returned). The Android app is riddled with typos and simply does not work. BEWARE - there are some serious limitations that are not well published like your SSID for your Wifi must not be more than 10 characters and your WPA2 password must not be more than 9 characters. That means, if you have a strong password, you have to weaken it and change every device on your network to use that new password. WHY? WPA2 passwords can be 8 to 64 characters - write some decent software for your products AND publish the limitations properly.

Products Amazing, customer service rubbish. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for customer services to get back to me and no one has, emailed them multiple times...I guess i still got to wait.

Lie lie lie. We bought 4 last year app doesnt work , cashing cant connect to my phone crashing at the start every time with every phone (tried iPhones androids everything.) emailed them 9 months ago they just lie and lie. The worst customer service the worst company, BUY SOMETHING ELSE DOESNT MATTER WHAT BUT THIS. P.S. warmup please dont answer me here sorry to hear you had a chance to answer my emails but you DID NOT ! YOU JUST LIE!!!!!

Just wanted to thank the team involved in getting our new underfloor heating systems sorted. We thought it would take a while in getting used the new thermostat but it's actually a well thought out and easy device. Let's hope it keeps us warm during the winter. Keep up the great work!
