Terrible practice, your on the phone waiting from 8am for over an hour for them to tell you that there are no longer available appointments call back the NEXT day the same thing. 3-4 days in a row. They then suggest this online portal called Patches they realise limited slots that lasts for 3 mins then they block the access you have to try your Luck with 9am or 12 its all a mix match waiting game. The whole practice customer care is gone !! When you want to make a complaint the manager is not on site the response is email in!! they then offer you an appointment you dont even deal to management there far to superior to to the work they offer you an appointment like they are doing you a favour its awful !!! You call 111 as you cant get hold of your GP who state you need to see your GP you wasted 4-5 hours in the care centre waiting to be told we dont do referrals you have to go back to your GP, and tell them as they do not look at notes tell the receptionist the information they state they dont have access to the information its all a catch 22 of many excuses the practice is run poorly and this is the NHS the manager is not improving the clinic and patient care is failing in this practice.

Left to die they will one day have blood on their hands. Its like were living in a 3rd world country we cant even get an appointment. Almost impossible to get and they have no heart. They need to get shut down and Im trying my best to change but the way London is set up I has impossible cos other places are full. For this place its clearly about racking up - they didnt place a cap and now they cant handle the intake. I had an infection that could have easily be dealt with if I had taken antibiotics. Antibiotics that I could have gotten if this place gave me an appointment! Now Im here day 3 in hospital after being admitted from a+E with sepsis! Im 15 wks pregnant too. Its a joke!!! Last time I wanted an appointment for my son who mind is 3 and has only been seen by GP probably twice in his life ..he needed an urgent appointment and I had to beg on the phone, I cried and only then she was like ok Ill give it to you. Clearly they can do things for you but they refuse to! I cant wait to leave this place

Great service from the receptionist to the doctor special mention to Dr Sawan Tailor great guy and great doctor if you need to go to the dentist don't hesitate to go here
