The flowers were lovely but the vase and two teddies were missing and there is no way to get this sorted Untill it is I will not be ordering with you again

I did not receive a confirmation email or any updates. Its been 2 days since they were supposed to arrive and still nothing. I have no idea how I am supposed to contact anyone. Poor service.

Ordered flowers for valentines day and they were damaged, sent the company pictures and 5 emails now and still no response. Brought through the blue light scheme.
