Theatre Tickets Direct

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Rude and untrustworthy customer service who stopped responding to emails leaving no route to contact the company. We were given theatre ticket vouchers pre-pandemic, and when COVID-19 hit we spoke to a representative (when Theatre Tickets Direct's phone number still worked) who helpfully told us that they would not enforce the expiry date. When we came to use them, they didn't work, and on contacting the company they (rudely) said that it was our fault and wouldn't help.

Booked show with dinner please to say all went really well, only problem was I tried to upgrade the Tickets due to my partner disability and the stairs in the theatre but was told it was too late to do, I just found this company to not be helpful at all hence 3 stars

I paid less than 100 for 3 tickets to see west end show. Loved the bargain and will def use your site again

This company isnt interested in customer service or responding to questions via email. I would strongly avoid. Also buying theatre vouchers is a waste of money as the use by dates are often unrealistic and no flexibility is offered - much better to buy a ticket on an agreed date for the person you are gifting.
