        I'm really sorry to have to make this negative review, because TLC is one of the best distributors of electrical materials, but the service at the unit1 Brent trade park store on the A406, is terrible and disregard for customers. I really hope they have more respect.

        Very slow service. Had an order for collection today and they had me waiting more than half an hour before someone even acknowledged me in the click & collect queue. Someone was being served before me but didn't seem to be there for a collection as they seemed to be shopping for several items. When my turn finally came up the server left without a word to me and when he returned I was still left waiting as he went to help out a colleague who was serving someone else. Then he disappeared again. After ringing the collection bell twice the third server jumped in to help me out with my collection and had it out in less than 2 minutes. So, a collection that should have taken no more than 5 minutes took more than half an hour!
