    Don't buy from this company!! The customs in my country retained my bottle, and I lost all my money. The company does nothing to help you receive the order (even when you want to pay to receive it) or to send it back to them. They say if the customs want to "destroy" it, they just won't refund you. Worst company ever!!!

    Have ordered more than thirty bottles on three separate occasions shipped to the USA and never a problem. Packaged extremely well. Shipment tracking kept me informed of each step along the delivery chain.

    I ordered 5 x bottles on Thursday morning, paid a hefty premium for next day delivery which means I should have received on Friday but I did not. I contacted their customer service via email and Twitter. Somebody replied on Twitter via PM saying that they will escalate to their Head of Customer Service but that's all. After that, it is radio silent. I have followed up for an update, but no news, zero updates. I still have not received my parcel, and still no updates from their so-called "Customer Service" (and that's assuming they have one...). And in the meantime, they took my money plus the hefty premium for next day delivery. I paid for a service which I did not receive. The irony is that I paid the premium for next day delivery to avoid the stress of not knowing when I will receive my parcel. Well, guess what? I paid the premium but I did not get the service I paid for, and now I am stressed as I have no idea when I will receive the parcel (or even if I will receive it at all). Very, very poor
