        Bespoke Commercial Cleaning (also known as Bugbusters UK Ltd) provided cleaning services for our offices for a number of years, continuous issues with the services (or lack thereof). Sometimes we wonder if cleaners ever entered the building. They provided us with commercial recycling bags (we suspect as an inflated cost) and then continued to use them incorrectly resulting in additional charges to our business and on one occasion a fine from the council for fly tipping ! Last year we were forced to close our offices doe to COVID and Bespoke have continued to invoice us for the full cleaning charge, despite not even having entered the building ! We have appealed to them with no joy Anyone currently in contract with these guys I would recommend you review your contract closely and make a note of your termination date. ** In response to your reply - this in entirely untrue. We offered several options which were entirely reasonable based on the services provided to us.
