Hi, I don't usually write reviews, but this one I couldn't leave without a comment! Im a regular customer at Builder Depot (Park Royal) and have been for many long years.. today, I found that Artur was no longer working for this store/ company, which was a shock as he was the person with the most knowledge when it came to building materials, he would have an answer for every question and if he didn't he would always find one.. most of the other employees are very nice people, but on many occasions, they were unable to help due to lack of product knowledge or use.. I also realised that every time I go into store and Artur is off, everything seems to take longer. Stores like this need more people like Artur with professional attitude, and knowledge in the industry. I'm sure im not the only person who thinks this way, as 80% of builders in the queue would always say, "you can go, im waiting for Artur".. Wherever he has gone, I wish him good luck! AK

Never buy from here. I ordered a mechanical part for my boiler online and theyve completely scammed me. Returned the item as you cant do it in branch. Returned via post with item tracked. Builder depot has signed for the item that they have received it and over 3 weeks and im still waiting for my refund because apparently they arent able to locate the item! I will never purchase from here again. Rubbish return policy.
