Had my La Pavoni lever machine serviced here. It has transformed the machine, which didnt work this well when it was new! Will definitely send them my machine for servicing from now on.

Had a few delays getting parts due to covid / Brexit / Supply chain issues but they did eventually fix my DeLonghi Eleta for a good price. Room for improvement in their comms but I work nearby so just visited. Nice people.

I had my Pavoni lever machine serviced here. Worst experience ever. It took a long time and several phone calls before they actually had a look at it. When they did, they did extra repairs which were not included in the pre-paid service pack without giving me a quote first and just presented me the bill. When I finally got the machine back it was in a worse state than when I had sent it off, leaking so much steam and water through the safety valve that it was impossible to use it. I had to convince them to take it back at their expense for more servicing. When I got it back for the second time it was slightly better (not leaking water but still leaking steam). They said there had been nothing wrong with it when they had received it but had changed a part of the safety valve anyway (because there was nothing wrong with it I guess???) and wanted me to pay for that. I refused. I now have a Pavoni that needs to be hit with a wooden spoon every time it's warming up, otherwise the pressure does not build up high enough. Sometimes it still leaks some water too. Total waste of a lot of money. It's a mystery to me why these people are on Pavoni's official list of UK service points. Next time I will send it off to Scotland.
