Studfold 'The Nidderdale Experience'

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel really welcome and a clear explanation of the facilities and where to find everything was given by a very polite young gentleman on reception. The campervan pitch was a good size, level and hard standing with EHU. The toilets, showers, family room and washing up areas were all spotlessly clean and there was plenty of hot water. There was a short walk over the bridge to the cafe which served a wide range of lovely meals, cakes and hot and cold drinks which could be consumed inside or taken away. There were plenty of walks to go on right from the site and a nice little accessible river runs right through the site, probably a bit too rocky for a dingy or SUP Board. We stayed with our granddaughter so we pre-booked the Fairy Trail and when we arrived a lovely lady at the reception gave us a good explanation of what we needed to do, she was so helpful and wonderful with the children. What an absolutely wonderful day we had unravelling the puzzles using the clues and figuring out the combinations for the locks on the gates and at the same time getting some exercise. We ordered the picnic from the cafe at the very start and this was delivered to the barn which is about half way round the walk. The picnic was wonderful and it made the day that bit more special. We made some wonderful memories that day and you cant put a price on that. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Stufold!
