Awful service. If you are cancelling the job let the client know, that you have decided to give this driver another job. I'm disgusted that I had to stand in the cold for 30 minutes, waiting for a car which I booked at 18:49 for 19:25 arrival. And only after 5 phone calls in which I was told he was still on his way, you decided to send another driver. If you wish to play favourites with your drivers and give one all jobs and others nothing, the least you can do is to make sure the client does not need to suffer for yours and drivers screw ups. For future customers if your booking with this company and the sms says that the car with the following details (WHITE MERCEDES BENZ VITO SB15KWT) is coming to pick you up, request someone else. Maybe he will learn to be greatful for any job and value all clients, not just those that make him 70+
