Quality has dropped drastically, bread isnt the same even the chocolate pot tastes different! Thats because I believe they have started to use cheeper ingredients and the ethos behind the company isnt there anymore.
I ordered the mozzarella and roasted tomatoes toasted.
It wasnt cut in half!
There were peppers in it that were the ends of bits of peppers the so called roasted tomatoes were sun dried tomatoes and the whole thing wasnt good at all. To top it all the coffee was not hot. It was cool enough to just drink like water. Oh and while I went off to get cutlery, the staff went to remove my tray and food.
