We went for my little sisters 18th birthday. Had hardly any of the menu available and staff didn't even seem to care any one was there and we was left for ages for our order and drinks. Other diners were going up to the bar just to ask for some service at their table, the restaurant wasn't even busy and a lot of empty tables. We also brought a cake to be brought out as a nice surprise but they didn't. We got fed up in the end and my mum asked them to just give it back to us and we will take it home and light it there, they still didn't give it back. I then had to go back to the same person who was just standing at the bar chatting with another male waiter and said can we have the cake she just went oh yeah and pointed over to a corner for me to go get it & continued chatting to the male, no apology or to say I'm sorry and get it straight away for forgetting 3 times. No customer service at all. We wont ever come back it was appalling.
