Great for kids and families. Milkshakes are a particular favourite with our family. Prices are high.

Had to queue for a while which would of been fine, not their fault the place is so popular, however when standing waiting for a table and seeing the old man that cooks going outside for a cigarette then walking back in and continuing to cook without washing his hands I immediately wanted to leave. Kids really wanted stay so I did but after seeing the state of the counter where they were cooking, raw bacon, frozen chips left on the side where they were playing food I decided we would never visit again. How they got a 5 star hygiene rating is beyond me. Steer clear!!!

did ride to stone and always had a milkshake never again done it twice this week how bad the so named milkshakes are paid over 8 for one and now all they do is dump some tasteless icecream on top of some kind of milky rubbish and name it a milk shake how bad have these gone, save your money and go some where that does a proper milkshake and maybe a lot cheaper, after reading the reply it is simple they did taste nice a year or so back the whole reason we would ride from stoke on trent to stone but they taste nothing like they did i paid 8 for a icecream , because that was what they were, nowt fantastic about the over priced milk shake, shame because it was nice some time back, but never again am i going in this place it going like the stafford shop and that got closed, make your own minds up but this how we feel, hopefully they go back to how they made them before , there was no cream on it what so ever which i paid for when ordered ,
