very polite staff, when you can get to talk to anyone. I find the phone is engaged or just not answered, which is very frustrating when you need to talk or order repeat prescriptions.

I have recently transferred from Boots to Stone Pharmacy because I was so impressed with the attitude and helpfuil attitude of the staff. However on Saturday 22nd of April 2023 the telephone was constantly either engaged or ringing without reply so I had to visit . There was one lady there who told me that the pharmacist was on lunch . I told her that the phone wasnt working and tried it it front of her . She ignored me so I asked her if she was going to put the phone back on the hook . She glared at me and snarled `what difference would that make` I told her that I for one would not be there now and there could be lots more trying to use the services . She put the phone back on the hook. I wonder if this lady used to work in mansion house surgery where they had problems with an aggresive receptionist . Whatever the answer to that question she certainly has a bad attitude and would not be encouraging other people to use the service

I was referred here by NHS 111 for a emergency prescription as Im on medication that I have to take everyday there was a lady pharmacist working Im not sure of her name she refused to issue me the emergency prescription as I dont use the pharmacy enough I explained I needed the medication as I cant miss a day her reply was well Im sure youll be fine until you can get to your normal pharmacy tomorrow!!Absolutely shocking attitude and made me feel stupid I will never use that pharmacy again.

Never had any issues love the fact its open later than many chemists. If any negatives maybe need to be a little more customer friendly.

This isnt my normal pharmacy. Having just had a paper prescription from the neighbouring surgery I opted for the convenience here. Massive queue so opted to return later in the day. Returned early evening, 15-minute wait and one item unavailable, told to return in 1-2 days. Two days later, made special journey to collect the missing item, still not available. Returned four days later. Quite busy but asked to take a seat and wait. After about eight minutes the pharmacist put an item in the basket ready to be served, I believed it to be mine as all other people waiting before me had left. Staff member busied themselves sorting items for collection while the dispensed item stayed in the basket on clear view. And yes, it was mine, Id sat waiting for it while I could have been served and away. Plus, the seats are SO uncomfortable, particularly for those with mobility difficulties like myself. I wont be opting for this convenience again thank you.
