ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE. Phone not answered, no reply to emails. Also, suddenly unable to leave voicemail messages. No prescriptions received from them for over two months. Only gave them 1 star as I was unable to give them no stars.

The service has been awful. Phone calls waiting time up to 45 mins. Then nothing done about my order. Staff dont seem to have a clue why you are asking for your supplies. I was told to contact the stoma clinic to get emergency supplies.Just hope this is going to be put right soon. I am speaking on behalf of my husband Peter Hughes.The service is not worth 1star. .

I have had nothing but problems with the Amcare Group. Last months my order did not turn up at all. I waited in all day, no phone call or message, called the the next day and was told that they had not received my prescription form the doctors. Well they are supposed to chase the script not just leave it. Next day I rang the doctors and the script had been sent. The order was then put through for despatch and I waited a further week for delivery. Now this month have been trying to contact them since Monday 21 June unable to get through despite the fact that I held on for almost half an hour on two occasions and twenty minutes, then ten minutes, still no answer. Have now sent them an e.mail so awaiting a reply. This company took over fromHomestyle Positive which was superb and I have been with them since they formed over twenty years ago. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, there are far better around surely. They boasted to me they have thousands of customers, well they should be so lucky. STEER CLEAR
