I'm commenting on behalf of my boyfriend who attended an eye appointment yesterday and the ladies on the counter were very helpful and polite, especially the new lady (forgot her name) she was extremely helpful & professional. The optician was also great. Thank you

The optometrist was professional and thorough, no complains whatsoever. The three girls In the shop however never spoke, never put there mobiles down and never asked if everything was OK, they didn't even ask me to try my glasses on when I went to collect them. Do they not even ask if they feel ok anymore? What sort of care is that !

I would definitely recommend this opticians , Fantastic service and all staff friendly and so helpful , I received my new glasses about a week and a half later, wouldn't go anywhere else now .

The optician suanne is very friendly and professional. She takes time to go through all the options and explains everything with patience. Unlike the previous one. I hope Suanne is there to stay she is a brilliant asset to your team
