Fantastic service from Candice! My partner and I had a terrible experience with a previous company when buying our first home fell through. Candice has been fantastic. She completely understood the terrible experience we had with a different company and helped us through the entire process by scheduling any appointments we wanted. She took the time and care necessary to secure the best possible terms for our life insurance, home insurance, and mortgage. She calmed our worries about attempting to purchase another property. We are so great full to her as we don't think we could of purchased another property without her.

Absolutely shocking service I had a meeting with Paul where I went out my way to meet him in Stafford, was told he would contact me the middle of the following week. No response then claimed he hadnt received my E-mail then I re-sent the e-mail which amazingly he received. Then was e-mailed back he would be in touch with me by the end of the week. To this date I still have heard nothing. So for somebody that has been in the business for 20 years has shocking communication skills. The house we were looking to buy has since been sold and several others we have seen. Thanks for your Help Paul Ill know not to refer any friends or family to this company. I would rate less than 1 but it wont let you.

We used House of Mortgages to help us with our mortgage and insurances as first time buyers. They have been extremely helpful and on the ball the entire time and everybody we dealt with were very friendly and professional. I have recently purchased a house and used House of Mortgages as well as their associated solicitors to help us through the process. Both were fantastic throughout the whole experience, especially Paul and Carly, who provided a very professional level of service whilst also maintaining open and constant discord with myself and my partner. I'd thoroughly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a house and would like the process to go smoothly.
